You will need: Avocado 1 Onion 1 Tomato 1 Green chilli 1 Lime Juice 2 tsp Coriander Leaves (chopped) 1 tbsp Salt to taste Method: 1) Deseed and peel the avocado. Chop into cubes. Chop the onion, tomato and the green chilli finely. 2) Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients well. Serve cold.
Serves 2 You will need: Small Potatoes 250 grms Lettuce Leaves 2 Spring Onion 1 Mayonnaise 2 tbsp Green Chilli 1 Salt to taste Method: 1) Boil and peel the potaoes. Halve the potatoes. 2) Chop the lettuce leaves lengthwise into thin strips. 3) Chop the green chilli. 4) Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients well. Serve cold.

Cool and remove the kernels out in a bowl.. 2) Chop the onion, tomato and the green chilli. 3) Mix all the ingredients together. Serve cold
Serves 2 You will need: Cucumber (chopped) 1 cup Mint Leaves (chopped) 1 tsp Yogurt 1 1/2 cup Pepper 1/4 tsp Salt to taste Method: 1) Beat the yogurt in a bowl to a smooth consistency. 2) Add rest of the ingredients. Serve cold.
You will need: Yogurt 1 1/2 cup Carrots (medium) 1 Roasted Peanuts 1/4 cup Cumin Powder 1/4 tsp Green Chilli (chopped) 1 Coriander leaves (chopped) 1 Salt to taste Method: 1) Beat the yogurt in a bowl to a smooth consistency. Grate the carrot and crush the peanuts. 2) Mix the grated carrot, peanuts and rest of the ingredients together with yogurt. Chill and serve cold.
